September 2018 Biodalliance Genome Browser

On every experiment page, annotation page there is a "Visualize" button that launches the Biodalliance Genome Browser when there is data suitable for visualizations. Files must be in bigBed or bigWig file format to be visualized as genome tracks.
Navigation
- To move around, point at the background of any of the tracks, hold down the left mouse button, and drag
- You can scroll in or out by dragging the tab on the zoom slider or using the +/- keys
Searching
- Features such as Gene name and coordinates can be searched via. location box
Customizing tracks
- You can customize tracks by selecting one then clicking the track button to open the track editor
- You can change the order of tracks by dragging their name-tabs and dropping them elsewhere in the browser display
