September 2022 Data Release

We are pleased to release following datasets:

• 2499 dataset from EpiMap Repository
• Single-cell ATAC-Seq in human pancreatic islets from Parker Lab
• ChIP-seq based histone modifications

• SNP-to-gene linking strategies to identify disease genes and assess disease omnigenicity

We have defined document for metadata, files and file formats for different types of data in our site. CMDGA's minimal metadata fields and file formats are in par with most genomic tools and consortiums standards to facilitate seamless integration and downstream analysis.
