September 2023 Data Release

We are pleased to release following datasets:

Kidney Precision Medicine Project

• 47 New Single-Cell RNA-Seq Assays: We've integrated 47 additional assays focusing on the kidney.

• Single Cell UMAP Visualizations: Single Cell Embedding files in RDS and H5AD format

In addition, CMDGA's team has generated Differential Expression Analysis and Expression Profiles for these datasets

• Gene Expression profiles for 57 Kidney Cell Types: Dive into the expression profiles across three key states - healthy, Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD), and Acute Kidney Injury (AKI).

• Differential Expression Activity: Understand the contrasts between healthy and disease states - Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD), and Acute Kidney Injury (AKI) for these cell types.
